'Afena's Spiritual Awakenings LLC' is a practice dedicated to serving our clients with the professionalism, care and personalized attention needed to succeed and accomplish their goals in life. Lisa Cortes is the first Hispanic Renowned Spiritual Reader and Life Coach of her caliber out of Latham and the Upstate New York area. Lisa is also an Ordained Minister and Prophetess. Her God given talents were first recognized by her mother when she was only three years old. After suffering many losses in her life including the loss of her mother, she remembered her mothers words telling her to use the gift God had given her to help others, and that is what she did. Lisa now makes regular appearances as a guest on various radio and television shows, including 'The Schenectady Today Show with Ann Parillo'and 'True Talk' hosted by John Cancio. She has also appeared on 'WNYT News Channel 13 with Dan Bazile' and The John & Anna Variety Show also hosted by John Cancio. Lisa has written her own monthly advice column a local magazine, and is presently writing her own book. As an avid dog lover and owner, she has lobbied for tougher laws to stop the abuse and maltreatment of all animals especially dogs. Lisa's exceptional accuracy rate along with her honesty and caring personality has catapulted her into one of the fastest growing Spiritual Readers and Life Coachs in Upstate New York and parts of the East Coast.
